As a trusted partner for a safer and sustainable future, ESL is a joint venture between Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) and Mawarid Holding Investment (MHI) with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) of product registration and approval. Established in 2018, ESL is the largest laboratory for testing and certification of fire safety services in the Middle East. We play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with safety standards across the GCC, Middle East, and the Indian Subcontinent.
